    INGREDIENTS: Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice), Matricaria recutita (Chamomile), Mentha spicata (Spearmint), Metha x piperita (Peppermint) & Zingiber officinale (Ginger).

    BREWING: Place 1-2 teaspoons per cup into a teapot or infuser. Pour boiled water over & allow to infuse for 2–5 minutes.

    Store in cool place.
