The Gratitude Ritual

28 days of Gratitude Practices & let the magic unfold!

START: Monday 1st July
FINISH: Sunday 28th July

1. Purchase your copy of ‘The Magic’ in print or download your e-copy.

2. Read a chapter each day. E.g. day 1, chapter 1; Day 2 chapter 2. Sometimes the book will ask you to read the night before and/or give suggestions of when best to do certain practices. Please know there is no right or wrong and this is a beautiful journey that can be strengthened by doing as a collective but can work within your own daily rhythms and schedules.

3. You may wish to have a ‘gratitude journal’ specific to this month journey together. After each chapter you may benefit journaling/writing down your daily gratitudes and any thoughts, resistance or what’s coming up for you.

4. Each day you do your gratitude practice, feel free to share into the group your daily gratitude list or what’s coming up for you. Share freely without the need for validation or needing anyone to respond, although to be witnessed across the group and also to share your gratitudes into the big wide world can create change, ripples and be healing in itself (responses on posts are welcomed and not expected).

5. Witness your energy and appreciations shift dramatically. Enjoy the journey.

6. Lean into the process, don’t focus on perfection or the results.

7. Be in the moment and allow your mind to wander, appreciate freely.
