2. Complete your test – A referral will be arranged through Co-Biome, who will provide instructions within the kit. The test is a simple at-home stool sample kit, which you will send directly to the lab for analysis. They require the sample to be taken and sent on Monday or Tuesday’s.
3. Processing time – Results typically take 4 weeks to be finalised.
4. Telehealth/Zoom consultation – Once your results are back, we will go through your microbiome profile in detail, identifying key imbalances and developing a personalised treatment plan to restore gut health and improve digestion.
